A turntable is the one organizer that changes the geometry of a shelf instead of the layout: the back row rotates to the front, and the deep corner stops being an archaeology site. The tray surface is non-skid, so the mustard does not slide while the disc turns, and the base does the same job against the shelf. That pairing, still tray floor and moving tray, is the entire product.
Diameter decides everything, so measure before you order. The 9-inch suits a medicine shelf or a fridge corner; the 12 covers most upper cabinets; the 15 and 18 belong in base cabinets, pantries and under sinks. Remember the disc goes in flat through the door, and on the two-tier stands check the height of what you plan to park on the lower deck: tall bottles want the flat disc instead.
