Anything in the catalog. Whether an 18-inch turntable clears the door hinge of a corner cabinet. Which riser height puts the third row of jars at reading height. How many mugs come in the set and what the lid is made of. Whether two near-identical organizers differ in anything but the colour on the label.

Corrections most of all. If a number here argues with the one on the label in your hand, tell us the page and the figure. We fix it and say what changed.

What belongs to the shop

Orders, delivery windows, damaged parcels, refunds and returns live where you paid. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. We cannot see your order and cannot look it up.

How long we take

A few working days. No ticket numbers, no queue music. People read this mailbox between other work.
